What each one costs

Clock PMS+ pricing

Scaled subscription ~€250–810/month
One model, scaled by room count and revenue rather than split into feature tiers that withhold things you need. No per-room-per-night surcharges that climb unpredictably as your occupancy rises, and no requirement to sit through a deck before anyone will name a number.

By PMS standards this is transparent, and I don't say that often. You can find the range, you can work out roughly where your property lands, and the all-in-one bundle means the figure you see is close to the figure you pay rather than a base rate with the useful parts sold separately. Sophie would appreciate it; she keeps spreadsheets on exactly this sort of thing. Worth remembering what you're also buying: a company that has built hotel software since 1994 without taking venture capital, which means no investor clock running down toward an exit.

Noovy pricing

Per-room subscription €5/room/month
One number, published on the website in plain figures, with a €95 monthly minimum for very small properties. For my thirty rooms that comes to €150 a month, and it covers the PMS, channel manager, booking engine, basic revenue management and guest communication together.
Setup fee €499 one-off
Stated openly rather than sprung on you later, which is the part I want to praise. It takes a real bite out of year one, so count it in your first-season budget rather than treating it as a rounding error.

No tiers to decode, no starting-from language that means something different once you're on a call. I showed the pricing page to my mother and she nodded, and that nod carries weight in our family. This matters more than principle for a seasonal hotel: we budget in the winter for the summer and hire on those projections, so a surprise charge in July doesn't just cost money, it costs the hours I spend reading invoices instead of talking to guests. Against RoomRaccoon at around €200 a month for my size and Mews closer to €300, Noovy at €150 gives back about €900 across a six-month season. That's most of a seasonal hire's first month. Note the one-year term.

Prices as last verified during each review. Hotel software pricing moves, and per-room rates behave very differently at 20 rooms and at 200, so run the arithmetic at your own room count. Full detail on Clock PMS+ pricing and Noovy pricing.
