One number, published on the website in plain figures, with a €95 monthly minimum for very small properties. For my thirty rooms that comes to €150 a month, and it covers the PMS, channel manager, booking engine, basic revenue management and guest communication together.

Stated openly rather than sprung on you later, which is the part I want to praise. It takes a real bite out of year one, so count it in your first-season budget rather than treating it as a rounding error.

How much does Noovy cost?

Five euros per room per month, with a €95 monthly minimum, plus a one-off setup fee of €499. For my thirty-room resort that's €150 a month for the whole bundle: PMS, channel manager, booking engine, revenue management and guest communication. It's all published on the website in plain figures.

Does Noovy have hidden fees?

Not that I found, and I went looking, because I was burned by an unexpected line on a Duve invoice for something I thought was included. It wasn't a large amount, but I'd already told my mother the annual cost and she'd written it in the notebook, and then the number changed. Noovy publishes the per-room rate and the setup fee up front. The commitment to know about is the one-year term.

Is Noovy cheaper than RoomRaccoon or Mews?

For a property my size, yes. RoomRaccoon runs around €200 a month for thirty rooms and Mews closer to €300, against €150 for Noovy. Over a six-month season that difference is roughly €900. The €499 setup fee eats into the first year, but spread over a few seasons the monthly gap still wins the argument.
