Clock PMS+ pricing

- One model, scaled by room count and revenue rather than split into feature tiers that withhold things you need. No per-room-per-night surcharges that climb unpredictably as your occupancy rises, and no requirement to sit through a deck before anyone will name a number.
By PMS standards this is transparent, and I don't say that often. You can find the range, you can work out roughly where your property lands, and the all-in-one bundle means the figure you see is close to the figure you pay rather than a base rate with the useful parts sold separately. Sophie would appreciate it; she keeps spreadsheets on exactly this sort of thing. Worth remembering what you're also buying: a company that has built hotel software since 1994 without taking venture capital, which means no investor clock running down toward an exit.
RoomRaccoon pricing

- One system covering the PMS, channel manager, booking engine, dynamic pricing and the upselling module, rather than separate subscriptions for each. That's roughly €2,400 a year for a property my size.
The pricing is clear enough, and it sits sensibly between Noovy at €150 a month for my thirty rooms and Mews at closer to €300. What I'd ask you to read properly is the contract, not the price. A colleague in Crete used it for eight months, decided to switch, and found leaving harder than she expected: back-and-forth emails, an auto-renewal she hadn't noticed, and a charge after she thought she'd cancelled. It took her most of a month to close the account. Another colleague in the Peloponnese was billed for a month he believed the notice period covered. I don't know whether that's typical. My mother would say read every line, and she'd be right. Ask how cancellation works before you sign, not after.

Every subscription is a vote. Clock has been building hotel software since 1994 without taking venture capital. In a market where your PMS vendor might get acquired next quarter, that counts for something.
