I'd rather evaluate a product against a published number, and Hoxell doesn't give you one. What I'd add is that the pricing conversation is the right moment to ask the questions that actually matter here, because they aren't on the website either: where the data sits, what the processing terms say, and who the sub-processors are. I read the DPA before I looked at the room status dashboard, and it held up. Ask for it before you ask for a discount.

- The model is per room per month, which is standard for the category. The number is not published anywhere I could find. I had to book a call, describe my property, explain my needs and wait. The rep was knowledgeable and the call was efficient. I still shouldn't have needed it.
If I need a demo call to see your pricing, I already know it's too expensive. Or at least I know you think I'll be put off by the number without context. The reason it grates more here than elsewhere is that Optii sells on ROI, and you cannot evaluate a return without the cost side of the equation. Their materials reference a 500% ROI within months of implementation, which is the sort of claim that makes me reach for the calculator. Get your quote first, then model the saving against your own labour costs, not against their percentage.
