Hoxell pricing

Custom quote Sales call required
No published figures and no tier structure. The rate depends on your property, which is the standard explanation in this category and no more satisfying here than elsewhere.

I'd rather evaluate a product against a published number, and Hoxell doesn't give you one. What I'd add is that the pricing conversation is the right moment to ask the questions that actually matter here, because they aren't on the website either: where the data sits, what the processing terms say, and who the sub-processors are. I read the DPA before I looked at the room status dashboard, and it held up. Ask for it before you ask for a discount.

RoomChecking pricing

Entry From $199/month
Works out around $2.50 per room per month depending on property size. A published starting figure, which after a run of vendors in this category who won't name one is a small mercy.
Volume Discounts for larger operations
Available above the entry level. As ever, the detail arrives in a conversation rather than on a page.

There's a free trial but no free tier, so you can test properly before committing without running it indefinitely on nothing. For a 45-room property, $199 a month isn't expensive if it saves your supervisor half an hour a day and stops the sort of miscommunication that puts a guest into an uncleaned room. That's happened to me twice in four years, both times because a paper handover failed between shifts. A digital system that catches those failures is worth real money. Whether this particular one earns it depends less on price than on whether your staff can read it, which is a separate problem I'd test first.

Prices as last verified during each review. Hotel software pricing moves, and per-room rates behave very differently at 20 rooms and at 200, so run the arithmetic at your own room count. Full detail on Hoxell pricing and RoomChecking pricing.
