Canary Technologies pricing

How the pricing is structured
Core
Quote only
Mobile check-in, guest messaging and the digital compendium. Get quote.
Advanced
Quote only
Adds AI messaging responses, tablet registration, dynamic upsells at 0% commission, digital tipping and smart checkout.
Pro
Quote only
Adds AI webchat. Unlimited users, data and support are stated as included on every subscription, which is the one commercial detail Canary does publish.
Canary has never published a price and still does not. What has changed since our review is that the roughly $99 a month entry reference we recorded is no longer anywhere on the pricing page, so even the rough starting figure has gone. The three tiers are clearly described and every one of them ends in a get quote button. For a company of Canary's size, with over 20,000 properties and $175M raised, declining to state a single number is a choice rather than a constraint.

Canary's entry-level reference price has disappeared
Three tiers named Core, Advanced and Pro, each ending in a "Get quote" button. Unlimited users, data and support are stated as included with every subscription. No figures, no trial, no setup fees or contract terms shown.
- Our review had
- Custom pricing, starting around $99 a month for basic modules.
- Direction
- Less open
The roughly $99 a month starting reference we recorded does not appear on the pricing page now. The tiers are clearer than they were, which is worth something, but every one of them is a quote. Marc already marked Canary down on transparency around its data position; this does not help.
We open the vendor's own pricing page and record what it says. See every pricing change we've tracked.
Common questions
How much does Canary Technologies cost?
Pricing is custom and starts at around $99 a month for basic modules. Because the platform is sold module by module, covering check-in, upselling, tipping, messaging and mobile keys, the entry figure rarely reflects what a hotel ends up paying. You will need a sales conversation to get a real number for the modules you want.
Is Canary Technologies expensive?
It depends how many modules you switch on. The individual pieces are priced reasonably against the US market they were built for, but the modular structure means the cost climbs as you adopt more of the suite, and it climbs again across a group of properties. For a European operator there is also currency exposure, since the pricing is set in dollars.
Why does Canary not publish full pricing?
Because it is an enterprise sales motion aimed at chains, where the deal is assembled per customer. That is the ordinary explanation and it is probably the true one. The practical effect for a small European independent is that you cannot put Canary on a spreadsheet next to a European messaging tool without sitting through a call first.
