Pro
From $150/month
Adds the communication suite: unified inbox, SMS, WhatsApp messaging, automations and workflows. Carries the 0% commission claim on in-house upsells.

Duve now presents four package minimums where our review recorded a single per-room figure of about $6 per room per month. For most properties the new shape is more useful, because $120 a month is something you can put in a budget where about $6 per room left you guessing at the floor. Read it against the warning in Elena's review though: several hoteliers reported charges they had not expected, and a published minimum is not a published total. Every one of these tiers is stated as a starting point.

Duve replaced its per-room figure with four published tiers
Four tiers quoted as monthly package minimums: Basic from $120, Pro from $150, Premium from $200, and Enterprise on request. Pro adds the communication suite and 0% commission on in-house upsells; Premium adds upsells and ecommerce. Implementation is described as taking as little as ten days.

Duve now presents package minimums rather than a per-room rate, and names what each tier contains. For a small property this is more useful than the old figure, because $120 a month is a number you can budget against where "about $6 per room" left you guessing at the floor. Worth reading against Elena's complaint that multiple hoteliers reported surprise charges: published minimums are not the same as a published total, and the tiers are stated as starting points.

Common questions
How much does Duve cost?
From about $6 per room per month, billed in dollars. At my thirty-room resort that starts near $180 a month before you add modules. For a European property the dollar billing also means the euro figure moves a little from month to month.
Are there unexpected charges with Duve?
There was one for me. A feature I understood to be included in our plan appeared as a separate line, and while the amount was small, the surprise wasn't welcome in a business that budgets a whole season in advance. I've heard similar from other hoteliers. Get the inclusions in writing and read the second invoice as carefully as the first.
Is Duve worth it for a small hotel?
Weigh it against what you actually use. Duve has raised $85 million and serves over a thousand brands in seventy-plus countries, and the product reflects that: it's built for scale. At thirty rooms it works, but you're paying for a platform designed for a different kind of operation. The WhatsApp side has earned its cost for us. Much of the rest we never open.
