Basic
From €99/month, plus €99 setup per 5 properties
FAQ automation covering 25 topics in 3 languages. The €99 monthly figure is the one our review recorded; the setup fee is not.
Pro
From €159/month, plus €399 setup per 5 properties
Adds the generative AI chatbot with unlimited topics and 132 languages, and the omnichannel inbox.
Premium
From €319/month, plus €599 setup per 5 properties
Adds the AI concierge with PMS and CRM integration, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Enterprise
Custom
Custom campaigns, FAQs, channels and integrations, and HiJiffy branding removed.
HiJiffy publishes more than it did and it costs more to start than we said. The good half: four tiers, three of them with figures, quoted in euros, dollars and sterling, and rates that scale with property count. The half our review missed entirely: a setup fee on every paid tier, €99 on Basic, €399 on Pro and €599 on Premium, charged per five properties. On Premium that is €599 before a single message reaches a guest. James was right that HiJiffy publishes its tiers without a demo call, and that still stands. Our own first-year figure was too low.

HiJiffy published two more tiers, and a setup fee we had not recorded
Four tiers. Monthly billing: Basic from €99, Pro from €159, Premium from €319, Enterprise custom. Each carries a setup fee per five properties: €99 on Basic, €399 on Pro, €599 on Premium. Rates scale with property count and are quoted in EUR, USD and GBP. No free tier.

The good half: where we recorded one starting price there are now four tiers with figures against three of them, in three currencies. The other half: setup fees of €99, €399 and €599 per five properties appear on the page, and no setup fee is mentioned anywhere in our review. On the Premium tier that is €599 before the first message goes out. James praised HiJiffy for publishing tiers with no demo call required, and that still holds, but our own figures understated what a new customer pays in year one.

Common questions
How much does HiJiffy cost?
Published tiers starting at €99 a month for Basic, with the per-room range working out at roughly €3 to €5 per room per month, and custom pricing at Enterprise. At my 45-room property that puts a realistic configuration in the low hundreds per month, plus WhatsApp conversation charges.
Is HiJiffy worth it for a small hotel?
I asked myself exactly that before trialling it at my smallest property, and I didn't think a 45-room boutique was the right place for an AI chatbot. Three months later my front desk staff disagreed with me less often, which is how I knew it was working. The published entry tier is what made testing the question affordable.
Are WhatsApp message costs included?
No. Meta charges per conversation and the rate varies by country, so your guest mix moves the bill. The subscription is predictable and the messaging isn't, which is true of every WhatsApp tool in this category rather than a HiJiffy quirk.
