How the pricing is structured
Premium
From $299/month
The only tier shown, priced on room count. Bundles eleven products under the new Q- naming, Q-Data, Q-Channel, Q-SEO, Q-Sales, Q-Task, Q-Connect, Q-Hub, Q-Automate, Q-Mail and Q-BI, alongside the fourth-generation Velma chatbot.
Two things moved at once. The rebrand Thomas described as half-finished is now complete: quicktext.im redirects permanently to quinta.im and the site brands itself Quinta throughout, so his complaint about both names circulating is out of date. And the headline price moved from roughly €250 a month to $299, quoted in dollars. For a Paris company selling mainly to European hotels that is worth noticing, because you now carry the exchange risk on a monthly subscription. The product names in our review no longer match the vendor's either.

- Our review had
- Custom pricing, from approximately €250 a month. Mid-rebrand from Quicktext to Quinta, both names still circulating across the site and docs; the transition isn't finished.

- Rebranded
quicktext.im now redirects permanently to quinta.im and the site brands itself Quinta throughout, so Thomas's complaint that the rebrand was half-finished is out of date. The headline has also moved from roughly €250 a month to $299, and the currency change matters for a French company selling to European hotels: you are now quoted in dollars and carrying the exchange risk. The product list has been renamed into Q-Data, Q-Channel, Q-SEO and so on, so feature names in our review no longer match the vendor's.

Common questions
How much does Quicktext cost?
Pricing is custom and starts at approximately €250 a month. There are no published tiers, so the figure for your property comes out of a sales conversation. There's also no free trial, which means no hands-on evaluation before you're in a contract discussion.
Does Quicktext offer a free trial?
No, and that's a real friction point for a technical evaluation. I'd want to test integration behaviour against our own PMS before committing, and the sales process doesn't allow for it. Ask for a sandbox or a structured pilot rather than accepting a demo as your only look at the product.
Is Quicktext expensive for a small hotel?
The roughly €250 monthly minimum is the issue rather than the rate itself. For a small independent that's a significant line, and it buys a chatbot rather than a full messaging platform. Weigh it against tools with published entry tiers well below that figure before deciding.
