Guestline pricing

- There is no published pricing and no tier grid. What you pay comes out of a negotiation, which is the whole problem. I know what I pay, and I know roughly what two colleagues pay, and the numbers differ enough that I suspect the figure has more to do with negotiating skill than with property size.
I still don't know what Guestline costs a new customer in 2026, and I've used it for four years. The lack of published pricing was a red flag before the Access Group acquisition and it's more of one now, because new ownership often means new pricing, and opaque pricing makes it easier to raise rates without anyone outside the room noticing. If you're evaluating Guestline, get quotes from at least two other PMS vendors first so you have something to hold it against. Don't negotiate in the dark.
Noovy pricing
- Per-room subscription €5/room/month
- One number, published on the website in plain figures, with a €95 monthly minimum for very small properties. For my thirty rooms that comes to €150 a month, and it covers the PMS, channel manager, booking engine, basic revenue management and guest communication together.
- Setup fee €499 one-off
- Stated openly rather than sprung on you later, which is the part I want to praise. It takes a real bite out of year one, so count it in your first-season budget rather than treating it as a rounding error.
No tiers to decode, no starting-from language that means something different once you're on a call. I showed the pricing page to my mother and she nodded, and that nod carries weight in our family. This matters more than principle for a seasonal hotel: we budget in the winter for the summer and hire on those projections, so a surprise charge in July doesn't just cost money, it costs the hours I spend reading invoices instead of talking to guests. Against RoomRaccoon at around €200 a month for my size and Mews closer to €300, Noovy at €150 gives back about €900 across a six-month season. That's most of a seasonal hire's first month. Note the one-year term.
