likemagic is the nicer product to hand to staff. Elena's nineteen-year-old first-job hire learned the basics in forty-five minutes, the guest journey timeline explained itself, the digital check-in is short and skips what the guest already provided, and the interface does not bury things. HiJiffy's dashboard, by James's own account, is ugly with navigation that makes no sense and simple tasks taking three clicks.
HiJiffy wins on everything commercial. It publishes tiers from €99 a month, though our review missed the setup fees of €99 to €599 per five properties that sit on top. likemagic published its own pricing during 2026, Core from €350 a month and Platform from €400, which removes the complaint Elena made about the demo call. It connects to far more than likemagic's four PMS platforms, and it has ten years and findable references against likemagic's 2021 founding and almost no advocates outside the DACH region. likemagic's upselling has no targeting or segmentation behind it, and guest-facing pages barely carry your brand.

HiJiffy publishes more than it did and it costs more to start than we said. The good half: four tiers, three of them with figures, quoted in euros, dollars and sterling, and rates that scale with property count. The half our review missed entirely: a setup fee on every paid tier, €99 on Basic, €399 on Pro and €599 on Premium, charged per five properties. On Premium that is €599 before a single message reaches a guest. James was right that HiJiffy publishes its tiers without a demo call, and that still stands. Our own first-year figure was too low.

likemagic published its pricing during 2026, having hidden it behind a demo call when we reviewed it. That is the single clearest improvement we have recorded in this category, and it answers the loudest complaint in Elena's review directly. Two tiers, both with stated monthly minimums, and an annual discount that is spelled out rather than dangled. The add-on prices are still missing, so a property that needs digital keys or a kiosk is back to asking. But you can now budget for likemagic before you speak to anybody, and a year ago you could not.
