Software that synchronises room availability and rates between a hotel's PMS and the OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
A channel manager keeps room inventory and pricing consistent across every distribution channel. Without one, hotels manually update Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and direct booking engines whenever a rate changes or a room sells, which is both slow and error-prone. Most modern PMSs include a channel manager; some still rely on third-party connectors.
