Actabl pricing

How the pricing is structured
ALICE (operations and housekeeping)
Referenced at around $6,000 per user per year
The operations, housekeeping, messaging and concierge module, and the part I tested. It is quote-only in practice; the per-user figure is what has been referenced to me and to other hoteliers, not a published rate, and your real cost depends on property size and configuration.
Hotel Effectiveness (labour management)
From $99 per month, entry-level
The labour management arm, PerfectLabor. This is the strongest part of the platform and the one with a visible entry price. Actual cost climbs with property size, and you cannot buy it as a clean standalone once you are inside the Actabl bundle.
Full platform
Custom, sales call, enterprise-level
Operations, labour, BI and asset management together. There is no public number. This is priced for a management company running hundreds of properties, like Highgate, not a 40 or 80-room independent.
Actabl does not publish prices; you contact sales, sit through a demo and negotiate. The figures I can give you, roughly $6,000 per user per year for ALICE and from $99 a month for Hotel Effectiveness, are references rather than a rate card, and the full platform is enterprise territory. Opacity is a choice, and it tells you the vendor thinks the number would scare off prospects. For a European independent with 40 or 80 rooms, the maths almost certainly does not work.
Common questions
How much does Actabl cost?
Actabl does not publish pricing. You contact sales, sit through a demo and negotiate. ALICE has been referenced at around $6,000 per user per year and Hotel Effectiveness starts at $99 a month for entry-level, but actual costs depend on property size and configuration, and the full platform is enterprise-level. There is no public rate card.
How much does ALICE by Actabl cost?
ALICE, the operations and housekeeping module, has been referenced at roughly $6,000 per user per year. That is not a published figure, it is what has been quoted to me and to other hoteliers, and your real number arrives only after a sales call. For a small European property, that per-user rate adds up fast.
Does Actabl have transparent pricing or a free trial?
No. Pricing is hidden behind sales, and I saw no free trial for the platform. If you need a demo call to see a price, you can usually assume it is priced for large management companies rather than independents, and Actabl is built for portfolios like Highgate's 530 properties.
What are the cheaper alternatives to Actabl?
For a European hotel, a focused housekeeping tool with visible or lower pricing will almost always beat the full Actabl bundle on cost. hotelkit is the one I run, Austrian and transparent; Flexkeeping is another European option, though it now sits under Mews. You lose the labour analytics and BI breadth Actabl bundles in, so be honest about whether you would actually use those modules.
