How much does Breezeway cost?

$19.99 per property per month for small portfolios of up to four units, and a custom quote above that. The figure that matters for a hotel is what happens when each room counts as a property: at thirty rooms the small portfolio rate works out near $600 a month.

Is Breezeway good value for a hotel?

No, and the pricing model is the clearest sign the product isn't meant for you. Paying per property when your properties are bedrooms produces a number no housekeeping tool should cost. Hotel-native tools in this category charge per room at a fraction of that.

Does Breezeway charge per room or per property?
