Flexkeeping pricing

How the pricing is structured
Per-user reference
A figure of around $2 per user per month circulates
This is the number that gets mentioned, not a published rate. I was told different figures depending on which sales conversation I was in, so treat it as a rough anchor rather than a quote you can hold them to.
Full deployment
Custom quote, sales call
For a multi-property group with full feature access and PMS integrations, the real cost only appears after a conversation with sales. There is no public grid, no calculator, and no self-serve number for a group of our size.
Flexkeeping does not publish detailed pricing, which is a pet peeve of mine; if I need a sales call to see a number, you are starting from a deficit of trust. But the documented ROI, 283 per cent at WestCord and higher elsewhere, makes the cost question secondary. The real problem is not whether the tool is worth the money, it is that you cannot evaluate the money before committing to a conversation.
Common questions
How much does Flexkeeping cost?
Flexkeeping does not publish detailed pricing. A figure of around $2 per user per month circulates, but for a multi-property deployment with full features and PMS integrations the real cost needs a custom quote, and I was told different numbers in different sales conversations. Expect a sales call before you see your figure.
Does Flexkeeping have public pricing or a free plan?
No public pricing grid and no free plan that I could find. It is a custom-quote product. The one thing working in its favour is that the published ROI from groups like WestCord, 283 per cent, is large enough that the exact price matters less than whether you can get it out of sales in the first place.
Is Flexkeeping worth the cost?
On the product, yes: it is the strongest housekeeping operations tool I have tested, and the ROI numbers at group scale are hard to argue with. My hesitation is not price, it is the Mews acquisition and the missing public API. If you run Mews, the value is easy. If you run a third-party PMS like we do, factor in the risk that the best features ship as Mews-native and price that uncertainty in.
What are the alternatives to Flexkeeping?
In European hotel operations, hotelkit is the obvious comparison: broader in scope, longer independent, and it publishes integration documentation, which Flexkeeping does not. Actabl offers more breadth for large US management companies, with PE ownership and US jurisdiction attached. For a non-Mews group weighing strategic risk, hotelkit is the safer bet; for pure housekeeping quality, Flexkeeping still wins.
